The art of losing isn't hard to master;
so many things seem filled with the intent
to be lost that their loss is no disaster.
Lose something every day. Accept the fluster
of lost door keys, the hour badly spent.
The art of losing isn't hard to master.
Then practice losing farther, losing faster:
places, and names, and where it was you meant
to travel. None of these will bring disaster.
I lost my mother's watch. And look! my last, or
next-to-last, of three loved houses went.
The art of losing isn't hard to master.
I lost two cities, lovely ones. And, vaster,
some realms I owned, two rivers, a continent.
I miss them, but it wasn't a disaster.
--Even losing you (the joking voice, a gesture
I love) I shan't have lied. It's evident

這是一首勵志的詩，主題是不要放棄，作者不詳，有人製作影片放到Youtube上，雖然不是將這首詩讀出來，但是影片跟詩的內容結合地相當好，還有配上音樂，很值得一看。

這首詩作者是e.e. cummings，是一首情詩，是我很喜歡的一首詩，曾經在電影「偷穿高跟鞋」中出現過，是由飾演妹妹的Cameron Diaz讀給姊姊的詩，我在Youtube上面找到了這一段影片，可以聽聽Cameron Diaz是如何唸這首詩的。
